Telephony Toolbar and Firefox 8 Compatibility

All currently supported versions of the Telephony Toolbar client are compatible with Firefox 8. If you are experiencing difficulty using Telephony Toolbar with Firefox 8 then you will need to upgrade your client.

Note:  Telephony Toolbar will be disabled by default upon upgrading to Firefox 8 due to new behavior introduced.  From Firefox 8's Release Notes:
    •    Add-ons installed by third party programs are now disabled by default
    •    Added a one-time add-on selection dialog to manage previously installed add-ons

When upgrading to Firefox 8, make sure to check the "Keep" box (shown below) for "Telephony Toolbar" to keep Telephony Toolbar enabled.  If Toolbar was disabled during the initial upgrade it can be reenabled from the AddOn menu.
