Mark Swanson - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mark has over 20 years management experience in technology related organizations. He has founded and served as President/CEO of two IT services companies, both of which were successfully acquired by larger companies. He has also served as executive vice president and chief technology officer for iXL, helping to take the company public in 1999. Mark has an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Kevin Donald - Chief Financial Officer
Kevin has over twenty years of finance and accounting experience in large, mid-sized and entrepreneurial businesses. Kevin's career includes over nine years in the telecommunications and Internet industries, working at a CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier) and at application service providers. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Sydney in Australia.
Doug Knight - COO and SVP Product Development

Doug oversees daily operations of the company. Doug is also responsible for defining and delivering the products and services offered by Telovations. He has been a member of the Telovations team since it was founded in the first quarter of 2006.
Doug has 25 years of network and telecom experience in product management, sales, engineering and operations. Prior to joining Telovations, Doug has held several leadership roles in technology companies such as Pingtel, Sonexis, 3Com and NBX Corp.
Elizabeth Vanneste - VP Sales and Marketing
Elizabeth has more than 20 years of experience in voice and data communications and has managed sales and marketing organizations in rapidly growing companies including MFS International, Netcom Online Communication Services, Level 3 Communications, Focal Communications, Progress Telecom and M5 Networks. Prior to joining Telovations Elizabeth served as Chief Marketing Officer for Miller Heiman, the market leader in sales performance consulting and education. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Dimitry Zhylin – Director of Engineering

Dimitry is responsible for the company’s R&D as well as managing the engineering team. The engineering team handles capacity planning, new product development and is an escalation point for network operations. Dimitry has been a member of the Telovations team since July of 2008.
Dimitry has 20 years experience in various technologies. He has held lead engineering and architecture positions in companies such as Mach Cibernet, AmeriCo Group and Oil & Gas Systems Inc. Dimitry has his BS in Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He has his MS in Systems Engineering from Belarusian State University of Transport. Dimitry also holds several industry certifications including CCIE # 12134 (R&S), MCSE and MCDBA.
April Diehl - Client Services Manager

April is responsible for managing the Service Desk, and Client Services department at Telovations. She has been a member of the Telovations team since April of 2010.
April has spent 20 years in the Telecommunications industry. Her experience includes being a Squad Leader in the U.S. Army Signal Corp. In addition she has worked for Intermedia Communications, MCI, and Verizon Business, holding a variety of technical and managerial positions.
Mike Brooks – Network Operations Manager

Mike is responsible for the day to day operations of the Telovations network, including managing the personnel in the Network Operations Center (NOC). The Network operations team is responsible for pro-active maintenance of the network as well as handling escalations from the Client Services team as required. Mike has been a member of the Telovations team since October of 2009.
Mike has 10 years of networking and telephony experience. He has held senior level network engineering positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and AT&T. Mike has several industry certifications including CCIE # 16027 (R&S and Voice)
Sandra Flores - Provisioning Manager

Sandra is responsible for accurate service activation of telecom services, call center applications and all other services purchased by Telovations’ customers. Sandra also manages relationships with wholesale network providers and Local Exchange Carriers (LECS) in order to support smooth on-boarding of new customers with LNP, Directory Listing and E911. She has been a member of the Telovations team since June of 2008
Sandra has 12 years of telecom experience working for telecom companies such as Intermedia, Woldcomm/MCI and Netwolves.
Teimour Mokhtari – Project Manager

Teimour is responsible for providing a lead role in both new and existing customer implementations; ranging from launching full scale call centers to coordinating customer site moves. Teimour interfaces with sales, provisioning, engineering, field operations, client services and network operations on a daily basis. He has been a member of the Telovations team since September of 2008.
Teimour has over 5 years of experience with ADT Security Services. Teimour holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Florida.
